Job Completion Review — Cabling, Network Rack, Access Control & Cameras
Every day on site was documented and emailed to CTMP as the work progressed. The screenshots below show the full record of daily technician hours and work summaries, from the first day on site through client approval.
Caution
Despite providing all of this information — daily hour logs, detailed work summaries, progress photos and written client confirmations — CTMP decided to shorten the payment. Please see the attached documents below as the supporting record.

Lead 10.50 hrs · Assist 6.04 hrs
- Began by pulling 24 cable drops inside the office; assistant tech joined to finish pulling all cables and routing them into the walls.
- Planned return to continue cabling, mount backboard and equipment rack.

Lead 10.23 hrs · Assist 9.76 hrs
- Completed and terminated all office cable runs except the AP run requiring Cat6A (cable ordered and delivered same day).
- Mounted the network rack and installed the backboard; all completed runs terminated at the network.

Lead 11.00 hrs · Assist 9.87 hrs
- After-hours work: all office cable runs terminated, labeled and tested.
- All Cat6A cabling for the access points installed; network rack installation completed with equipment mounted and organized.

Lead 7.03 hrs · Assist 7.07 hrs
- Replaced biscuit jacks with the red units provided by the client (initial install used white keystone jacks due to red delivery delay).
- Completed office cabling, finalized network rack, began access control and warehouse camera runs.

Lead 10.22 hrs · Assist 10.54 hrs
- Completed all lift-required runs: two camera runs, one AP run, conduit for both access control doors and associated cabling.
- Approx. 3,500 ft of Cat6 and 300 ft of Cat6A used, plus conduit, faceplates, zip ties and other materials.

- Completed everything requested by the client: cabling testing, cleaning, termination and labeling.

- Returned to complete remaining work; reviewed with the client who approved — job signed off as good to go.
